While no two clients’ needs and goals are exactly alike, I approach each project with the structure described below, no matter the size or scope:
Initial consultation
Scheduling an in-person consultation and walk-through to get a sense of your space as well as your specific needs and organizational goals
Providing a detailed proposal outlining the project timeline, description of services, suggested activation date(s), fees and commitment
Activation
Removing, sorting, and grouping like items for review and discussion
Taking detailed measurements, researching products and finalizing a spatial blueprint or floor plan
Scheduling and managing appointments with third party services necessary to the project (e.g. moving companies, cleaners, electricians, contractors)
Implementation
Removing unwanted items from the space via donation, recycling, junk removal services or otherwise
Purchasing and integrating organizational bins and other storage solution items, as they may be needed
Coordinating and managing the installation of larger items (e.g. closet or shelving units, window treatments, new appliances)
Arranging belongings in a thoughtful and streamlined fashion that meet the client’s day-to-day needs
Putting the final style, design and organizational touches in place
Touring all the revamped spaces in your home to assure everything meets your day-to-day needs
Making adjustments to the order and placement of items as needed
